Inclement Weather Policy

In the event KIDS Consortium needs to cancel a scheduled event, we will do our best to inform participants by one or more of the following ways.

1. Send an email
2. Update message on KIDS Consortium’s voicemail
3. Post a message on the KIDS website

Whenever possible, we will cancel 24 hours prior to the event. We will contact you about rescheduling the event and/or refunding your workshop fee.
